IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ NEW SHOP RULES
We are pleased to announce Mode men's barber shop will back open for business from the 4th of July. however due to Government guidelines, policies & procedures, we have had to make some changes to the way we operate. This means we have implemented some new rules that we ask our customers to adhere to in the interest of health and safety. we have decided one of the best ways to limit the spread of the virus is to the limit the number of people in the shop at any one time. so in order to over come this problem we have introduced appointments which can now be booked online on the bookings page of our website. Going forward appointments will be our priority. however we have purposefully made each booked time slot quite long to hopefully try to squeeze in the odd walk in here and there in between appointments. However I must stress that priority will always be given to booked appointments. I make no promises or guarantees as to when or even if you will be seen to at all. but if you are prepared to wait i will try my best to fit you in though. as mentioned previously we are trying to limit the number of people in the shop at anyone time so there will be no waiting in the shop. we ask our booked appointment clients to arrive on time if they arrive early to use the seating provided to the left hand side of the entrance signed appointments until a member of staff fetches you. if you choose to wait for a walk in appointment there will be seating provided to the right hand side of the entrance signed walk-ins. one of the government rules is that we must keep everyone's details for track and trace purposes so before you sit down in the chair i will need you to write your name address email address and contact telephone number down and i will then photograph on my phone as proof. Pre-booked appointments will not need to do this just just walk-ins as we will already have your details online. for those waiting for walk-ins I understand the weather fluctuates and changes despite this happening i can not allow you to enter the shop to wait. if the weather changes walk ins will be no longer be able to go ahead that day and you will have to book an appointment or try another time. i must stress the outside seating provided is for customer use only and you may not wait with family or friends. the only exception to this rule is one adult may accompany a minor or a care worker assistant may accompany an individual with disability or learning difficulties.
other rules we insist on are ;
if you or your family have displayed or come in to contact with anyone known to or showed symptoms of Covid-19 to cancel your appointment immediately and the same goes for walk-ins please do not sit and wait!
payments are cash only and they must have the correct change.
